yeah, 3.40 )E-A has the pest psx emulation, and It has an Emulator built right in. Also it's more compatable with emulators and different EBOOT's.

I personally like 3.52 M33. I've used both. For a new member i reccomend 3.40 OEA also tho. When you get more comfortable with it tho, you can upgrade to M33.

whats different about the M33? can you still use the same emu files and everything on it? like gpsp and all that. ive got all my files and everything exactly how i want em so i dont wanna mess em up. But i have ISO problems on my 3.40 OE-A, so how do the ISOs work on the M33?

They work the same as all OE firmwares... The difference of M33's ISO/CSO compatability is that their no-umd mode pretty much works flawlessly.
Anyways...have you checked your recovery settings to make sure no-umd was disabled and that you have a game or game demo umd inserted in your umd tray?

Ya, i went to recovery mode and made no-umd enabled and i tried it with that, then u put umd in psp and tried it again and no luck. also i read that ur psp should be on 150 kernel, so i tried that. another thing is that you should format your mem stick and put the files back on it and t should work. But no luck.

Well. Try M33. I'd guess thats your other option. Get 3.52 M33 from anywhere EXCEPT ps3news. DONT GO THERE. And then head over to psp-hacks and download the M33 update 4. They have it where you dont need a code to download it.
