Dino Crisis 2 PSX Emulation 'No Voice' Issue...Please Help!

Hey All,

I have 3.52 M33-4 and have tried many different methods (popstation TOC, renaming the SL to PAL, JPN, etc.), but this game does not have in-game speech. (when the characters talk, there is no audible speech, although the background music and sound effects are working).

I thought by renaming this US version to PAL (just like the original Dino Crisis trick), it would work, but it didn't.

How can I make it work correctly, since this game has been listed as the 'working' titles (with no issue at all that is) on most sites.

I am using my brand new copy, original Dino Crisis 2 (USA) in a brand new CD-ROM DVD/CD unit. I have used UltraISO, CloneCD and CDRWin, and all of them have produced the same rip: No speech in game.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Try ripping it as slowly as possible. That will create a larger image at first, but it should shrink pretty good when going through a popstation application. If possible, rip at 4x or even 1x if your program allows; also, I recommend using Popstation GUI made by ZiNgABuRgA to convert it to an eboot.
