Can a psp connect to a ps2 via usb cable

Unless there's a homebrew app out for ps2's, no. I've never tried, but at most, you would only be able to use it as a mass storage device. But as far as I know, no.

I've answered him via PM. It's possible to connect with certain games, but I'm thinking he's trying to take a DVD rip and put it on the PSP via USB connectivity and I don't think that it's possible.
