I don't know why I feel so compelled to ask this...

... BUT ...

since I've got so many .cso's on my desktop right now, are there any emulators that allow you to play PSP ISO/CSO's on a PC?

Yes, there's one emulator for the PC. It's quite stable, but last I knew, it only played Puzzle Bobble or something... and also one other game slightly. Not really worth it. But you can look into it further. I forgot the name of it.
