no, the ISO folder should go in the Memory stick root along with the folders: PSP, VIDEO, MUSIC, etc...
then put the iso in that ISO folder and it should work.
NOT in the games section
format your memory stick if you havnt already, and the files will display properly on the computer and will be easier to see what i'm talking about.
If you go to the psp main menu, then system settings, then Format Memory Stick, and click OK, it will create the proper directories on your Memory stick.
If you cant figure it out, just re-post

alright, i reformated. Now...when i open PSP through USB, i get all the folders MSPROOT,Music, picture,PSP,video and ISO. Now when i open ISO, there is a sub folder labeled video. Where do i put the ISO now? Also if possible, could you send me a good link where the ISO deffinetly work, i hear some are sketchy. THANKS!
Also, another thing....These files im dowloading, say they are 700mb, and the file after DL is only 7kb. Is this normal? they are also the no program icon.

ok the ISO just goes in the ISO folder, along with the Video folder, NOT IN the video folder. it should be one file, and completely take it out of the folder so its just the ISO. and i'll PM you a link to a good site to get PSP ISO's and PSX eboots if your interested in those.
as far as the 700mb being 7 kb i'm not sure from what you've told me, but try downloading some from the site i'll PM you and tell me if you still have the problem. Also a lot of the Downloads have to be opened with a .RAR unpacker, like winrar.
Try the site i PM you.
ask anything else if you still have trouble or ask AdventWolf, who knows a lot about this. Good luck!
