i want to edit the stx version changer so i can change my firmware version to .50 so i can update to 1.0 just wondering is their a program that is specifily designed for editing this?

i dont u can do that, cuz the number has to have a number the the . for some hexadecimal reason or something.

Even so, that wouldn't work because there was no 1.0 eboot.

yoiu can't do that it will result in our psp bricking, anything thats is .01-.99 is consideres a bricked firmware...

yea, and no update of 1.0 can be found.
