ME is for 1.50 kernel and standard is for 2.XX kernel.

SnesTYL ME uses the media engine chip for sound processing. What does this mean? It means you can get better audio play back, and overall better speed with the ME version. The standard version, everything is processed through the cpu. With the ME version, you get better sound, better emulation, and even BETTER emulation because of the increased functions thanks to "kernel mode".

Hmm, well there ya go, that's better. Tbh the one I mentioned can slow down a bit "sometimes" but it works on 3.90 M33.
I tried ME after putting my PSP in 1.50 kernal and it didn't work.. Unless I'm being stupid and missing a vital point..

i have a question
do you use the regular roms that you would use on your computer? like .smc for snes?
or do you have to use special ones for psp?
