This looks useful, I know It would take hours to download games, but it's still a cool concept. Anyway, I've heard that Comcast (my ISP, also one of the worst in terms of reliability) punishes torrent users. What would happen if I used this to dl anything, does file size matter? Answers appreciated.

I've used it before, don't waste your time with it.
Bit torrent is pretty fast if you have the right settings.
I've DLed an Episode of naruto in a few minutes a few times.
CTorrentPSP doesn't have a settings menu. So you can't change the settings to maximize speed.

I re-read Comcast's rules, apparently bit-torrents aren't blocked. I'm trying it out, and the only fast downloads have high seeds/no leeches. I guess that is normal, but I agree that it is really slow. I don't have a comp to use torrents with, so this is my only option for that.

What is your question? I do use the Zip/Rar plugin because my computer doesn't have WinRar. To clarify a few things, the majority of my posts are not made on a computer, but my PSP or Wii web browsers.
