ok, you can run emus without downgrading, but if you want to, i'd pm someone about it... i wrote a tutorial on how to put emus and homebrew games on your psp in the homebrew section...

i think he might be better of with the eboot loader because if he has games for 2.0 (like gta) then he can play them and also load emus and some homebrew.....
