Ok, i found out that my PSP version is 2.60. But can somebody give me links to websites that are free. Cause normally when i find a website i have to pay for somethin, i dont wanna pay. Also, can you give me a link to games that are 2.60. That would be more easier cause i wouldnt know where to go. Thanks!

okay.. first, do not post links to roms here!
if you want them, someone can pm them to you, which means you have a pm coming your way...
now, on your 2.6, there is not a lot of homebrew out... except tetris and pong..
you need gta:lcs to play them
if you do want to play them, i'll give you links...
