PSP Radio v0.38.07

Raf and the PSPRadio Team have been hard at working ironing out some tricky bugs from the last release and they are still trying to get PSPRadio to function well on 2.0 Firmware, but it's still a bit iffy. Not a whole lot is new other than the bug fixes, but there is now a plug-in menu that will be automatically populated with any plugins you have installed.
