where can i get a file downsizer

i heard u can shrink the files in your psp. like when u load a sega game on it and stuff. someone told me they had a system that shrinks the file size. oh yeh another thing is 130 a good price for the 4 gig card or what.... thanx

Think of it this way... right now in stores, the 1 gig card is around $70-$85.. Ok them the 2 gig is $110-$150.. Now, you can get the 4 gig for $133.. Now taking it that way, that is one of the best deals that you will ever see and I encourge you to get one..
