Hi, i'm new to the homebrew community and have found this site to be very informative, thanks btw for the 1.5 fw downgrade! Since i've downgraded and installed the snes emulator, both the snes9xTYL folder and the snes9xTYL% folder, I notice that under my directory on the psp for which I would load snes9xTYL program there is the option for the emulator and a blank option below it. I like things to be clean and all, is there a way to get rid of that blank slot? I'm assuming that it is because of the snes9xTYL% folder that is causing it.

Yes, all you need to do is download an application to run from your computer, after you place it into the GAME folder. When it's finished you will have all of the "homebrew & homebrew%" folders renamed, so that the corrupt data icon no longer appears. I will edit this post with the link after I upload it, because I forgot where I found it...
----edit----
By the way you need to use both of the folders, so don't delete it just use this. Use the link in my signature to brush up on the PSP and Homebrew, so you can understand everything without having to ask questions, because nobody enters the homebrew scene knowing everything.
Oh, and WELCOME TO PSPBREW! I remember starting out on this site when I became interested in PSP homebrew way back when, although I didn't have a PSP then I figured I'd help out my friends. Stick with PSPBREW and don't be afraid to ask questions, but make sure nobody else asked it before you, it just saves the Moderators/Administrators a lot of trouble.
