Uber0ne has just released his program that gets rid of those corrupted files on you're PSP. its both safe and easy to use.
Instructions:
* Connect your PSP
* Open the application and select your PSP drive (usually F or E)
* Click fix corruption
* Wait for it to repair then exit windows.
