No sorry, but you know, if you have a dreamcast you can put homebrew on it.

We can't post Bios files on the forums, but sadly, I don't have it.

I have the Playstation BIOS, but it has no relation to the Dreamcast Bios, sorry, if you want my playstation bios you can have it.
