Posted: Sun Sep 10, 2006 7:53 amI'm assuming you mean 2.71. Just download the 2.71 downgrader from here http://psp.xtrusion.es/en/ . It has all the files needed, just plug your psp's usb in and run the exe file.

D3ViLsAdvocate is right. I guess you mean 2.70 or 2.71. Or are you using Devhook?
