how do u run the 3.0-3.1 psar dumper

Just put in the two folders:
psar_dump2
psar_dump2%

Do not put in the makeFile or the main.cpp file.
Those are part of the source.
If the dump was a failure, then include the main and makfile files, not that you would have to.
