I have a psp with v1.50 firmware and was wondering how i can run vice city stories on it.

any help would be great.

what are the advantages of using a 3.03 OE-C custom firmware?

can homebrew still be ran on it? is it worth my while putting this on?

Yeah, Devhook isn't totally reliable and it takes up precious memory card space.
