Help with PSP video 9

I've been using this program for a little while now. It's worked fine up until recently, when I try to convert a new video and then it says
"...Starting Job"
and then immediately says
"Transcode Cancelled" (without me clicking anything)
It does this now with about 90% of the videos that I try to convert. How can I solve this problem?

That usually happens on formats that aren't supported, is it the same as the ones that usually did work?

it does that to codecs it doesnt support also

well... they're all usually .wmv videos (if that's what kind of format you mean). And yes, I have .wmv's that work and don't work.

if you say that wmv that you own and have works, but don't work, how does that turn out, cause they are all the same file. If one works, won't they all?

Ahh... excuse my phrasing. I meant that I have some .wmv's that work, and other .wmv's that don't work. They are different files.
