Firmware question

Hey guys, it's been a while since I've been around. Mainly, the reason is well, my PSP vanished, but earlier tonight I found it, after about 5 months. I've noticed in that time these custom firmwares, and was just curious since it is better safe than sorry. Is it a straight upgrade from 1.5 to say, 3.10 OE-A? Figured I'd ask because I'd rather not take any chances.

Thanks in advance. ;)

I got everything running for 3.10 OE-A', easy installer since I couldn't find a DXAR file.

Got any tips for someone new to custom firmware? (ie. Do I put all my emulatrs and such I used on 1.5 in the Game150, PSX emulator info would be good,) Thanks in advance. :)

Tsukigato- i would help you if you were on 3.52 m33-4. you should upgrade to that it is almost the latest and you can have really really cool themes! I suggest you make a pandora battery and a jigstick 1st trust me you will need it for future bricks!

undrinkoo- go to tutorials and install cxmb for 3.52 m33. it is by beatz and it is a easy program that will let you install themes. add me on msn and ill help you out with it :D

yes and if u want to make your own themes first of all they have to be in 3.52 format and you must put them in the /theme folder with the appropriate folders font, module, resource and a prieview.png picture (can easily convert it on paint) even if their is nothing in one of the folders thats fine

Did you delete your DIC folder, and follow the instructions on the readme that came with the theme? It should work fine on any of the 3.52 M33 revisions as i've tested it on all of them with 100% success. Also make sure the applecor theme you downloaded is for 3.52 m33 and not for 3.40 oe-a.
