Background Picture

I have firmware 1.5 is there any program that enables me to make a photo my background and/or some sort of web browser? I honestly don't feel like scouring this forum and the internet for the answer.

http://files.pspupdates.qj.net/cgi-bin/ ... 0,0,38,479 for the bg changer and click on the brewpack generator to get webbrowser
