Ocarina is a little complicated... there are 2 parts, one for the Wii, and one for your PC. The wii side is easy... just put the ocarina folder in the apps folder on your SD card.

PC side is complicated. You have to use the packaged application to produce the cheat file ocarina uses. Read through the readme and just kinda figure it out through trial and error. It's a LOT to explain, and if you want to really use it you're gonna have to actually LEARN how to do it. You can find the cheat codes here.

What is ocarina I cant see it in the pack generator?

I haven't put it in the pack generator... mostly because it consists of the 2 parts... it's not a plug-and-play app like everything else in the packgen.

Its a cheat application for the Wii.
