Questions regarding WAD manager and SNES

I was watching some Wii hacks on Youtube, and I saw the benefits of having a Homebrew Channel.
I love the fact that you can play GBA games on Wii, and WAD files. I recently bought Twilight Princess and quickly installed HC.
I regret updating my Wii to 3.4 - I never knew about the hack and all. I haven't downloaded WAD manager because I heard that it won't work on 3.4. Is that true? Additionally, on the download section, WAD Manager is version 1.2, I sereched on Google and found 1.3 version - fake or not? Oh, and I don't plan on downgrading. Also, can you play 2 player on SNES?

Snes9x GX supports up to 4 players.

WADS do not work on 3.4. The best option for all Wii homebrew is to downgrade to 3.2... which I haven't heard of anyone having trouble doing so. I've successfully downgraded my own Wii.

I see. I am afraid of damaging my Wii. -sigh- What's the changes between 3.2 and 3.4 - was the updates purpose is to block installing WAD files?

pretty much. They disabled the installation of unofficial WADs, and the 3.4 update also deletes the twilight hack file. The twilight hack file will stay on the wii until it is rebooted. So after the Homebrew Channel is installed, the twilight hack file is deleted. If for some reason it didn't install and you have to try it again, you have to recopy the twilight hack file over.

Ok, this post actually explains my original question, but unfortunately left me with more.

Does Formating the Wii memory downgrade to 3.2? The reason I'm asking this is I originally tried downgrading, and it said it was still up to date for updates when I tried updating.

Also, if you install a wad, then upgrade to 3.4 does it disable the wad, or does 3.4 just block installation?

Basically all I want to do is install All stars.

I originally had it, and deleted it because i didn't want to brick my wii and I wasn't sure what the update would do.

I'm sure homebrew is going to eventually come up with a hack around it, but still, if I can just do it now, I'll be ok.

dyami6687, I just noticed that you posted the same question in 2 different threads. Please do not do that again. Thank you.
