homebrew channel install with modchip

Hello, I'm in the process of installing the homebrew channel and I've seen tutorials on how to do this with the Zelda game, but what is the process with a modchip and 3.4e software. I have seen the .iso self booting but its only for 3.2 and lower. Thanks

I looked in the tuts and saw this http://psp.brewology.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13653 the beginners guide, but there is nothing there that shows a different way if you have a modchip-
"If you are on 3.2 or under and have a modchip installed, you can use the self booting ISO and skip the need of running the Twilight Hack. Download the correct ISO for your region."
so is there a self booting ISO for 3.2 and higher? or do I need to do Step 3: Creating an Update Disc.
As you can see I'm a complete noob, the reason I ask this is because I dont have a copy of Zelda, and my modchip is on the way, so is there a way to install the Homebrew channel without Zelda if I have a modchip. Or will it be better if I just rent it. Thanks

Having a modchip has nothing to do with home the homebrew channel functions, so you don't need a special hack if you have a modchip installed. And no, no self booting ISO for over 3.2 because the 3.3 update blocked that function.

Your only option is to go buy/rent zelda to install the homebrew channel, or wait for your modchip and use a copy of it. Either way you need the game.
