Trying To Install Homebrew Onto Wii Using Version 4.0

Ive seen simliar posts, and some say with 4.0 you dont need the twilight hack and others are posting that you do...Ive read through the tutorials page (not all just the more recent ones)...im not familiar with modding consoles thus im noob and need guidance Basically I wanna be able to mod my Wii without taking it apart and have access of using emmulators n such. Can someone please help me out?
