Please Help with a Semi Bricked wii with modchip

You will need a network connection even a lan one, I recommend updating through nintendo but before you do install some cIOS's And make sure you can downgrade before you do but incase you don't i have a downgrade tut in my sig. The only ways to fix a semi brick are updating/downgrading, And Officialy updating.
Also im not sure if a disc will fix it i have never needed to use one.
