WAD Manager

Greetings to the members of Wii Homebrew!

I have been trying to install a number of WADS - both VC and homebrew - on my new Wii (4.1U default). I have HBC installed properly and am using WAD Manager 1.5. I also added a DriveKey, which is working perfectly. I am wondering what I should do at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My apologies for vagueness. When I launch WAD Manager, everything works properly. When I try to install a WAD (doesn't matter if VC, WW, or HB) I get an error. Not sure on the exact number (at work), but I believe it was -1022. My guess is that I haven't done anything involving cIOS on the system, just HackMii and the HBC installer.

I suppose my real question is:
What do I need to do, in terms of cIOS, etc. to get WADs to be able to be installed. I have the DriveKey for burned discs, so I'm not worried about backup loaders or anything of that sort, nor am I looking for another DVD player. I just want the WADs to be able to be installed properly.

Are your wads placed in a directory named "wad"?

Yes. The same setup I have now is as it should be. WAD Manager is placed under /apps/WAD Manager/boot.dol. The WADs are placed in /WAD and are all in .WAD format.

Edit: I'm skimming guides on gbatemp and noticed someone with a similar problem. Someone mentioned a Trucha bug restorer - is this what I need?
