Ace has my full support in this matter. Clean it up. There's no need to argue guys.

I guess linux just depends on the distro you're using, I had it for a little while and the only problems I had were with sleep mode. Compatibility of linux is sort of it's largest downfall although it has its benefits. Windows 7 hasn't let me down (yet), except for firefox not seeming to get along with it very well for me anyway.

I think I was running a 32 bit Ubuntu but I can't remember any more specifically. My laptop I have here is a Dell XPS but I still run Ubuntu on one of the computers at my house.

The only problem I have had with Windows 7 so far is that it uninstalled Windows Mail because it isn't compatible with 7 or some crap. No biggie though, I don't feel like installing a new E-Mail program since I can just view my mail on the web.

But I still need to install one so I can retrieve all the e-mails that were archived away.

Why is it that people know that 7 can do this but Vista can't?
They both have this nice ability.

7 has a built in XP mode that actually launches an XP coding (if you have downloaded and installed with a valid XP license) for programs which Vista does not have

What the crap, I figured it could do that but since it said it would have to uninstalled I thought it just couldn't work.
But yeah that makes sense, I don't know why it had to be uninstalled then. I installed some programs under compatibility mode while on Vista but they weren't uninstalled. :?
