Nah, am goner have to go with Kenpachi. The guy doesnt even rely on his Zanpacto, but his own strength. All the other captains have to use Bankai, how pathetic looooool. Ichigo's Bankai is cool I have to admit.

Well strengh alone its prob kenpachi but in technique and skill it would prob be aizen cause how are ya ganna beat complete hypnosis lol? and thats only his shikai wounder what his bankai is like.

True say, Aizen is kinda mysterious out of the 13. You dont know what he's goner pull out of his hat lool. Byakuya is also a strange one, strong, remains calm and doesnt raise his voice in any situation and doesnt show any emotions.

Aizen has enough power to control the entire espada.

Or it might be just because they are scared of him. How did Hitsugaya bcome a captain and Yachiru a leutenant coz they r so young. Or does a captain choose their own leutenant?

They choose. Even grimjow is afraid of aizen and hes the 6th espada.

U mean the dude wit the crazy a** weap lol? Well iv read teh manga so i know if he is or not. And also byakuya does raise his voice when he fights ichigo just after ichigo trys to stab him and he catches the sword in his hand b4 he uses the true form of his bankai.
