crait: you obviously have yours jailbroken....what theme is that (jw) and did you make it yourself? If ya want you can check out the themes I've made...and the reason I'm on this site is for my awesome psp theme for the iPhone which is coming along....
about the ringtones...apple makes it easy but charges you..if you have a clip of music that you want as your ringtone on an iPhone you can get a program called (rather tastefully) MakeiPhoneRingtone which will make it into the correct format automatically

I just have I'm On A Boat as my ringtone.
Oh, and it's a mix between many themes such as the Windows 7 Theme and some others. If I wasn't grounded then I could package it up but alas, my parents are mean and think I should be grounded for being sick... There's another theme that I used mainly for the Springboard but the name slips me and there's another I used for almost all of the other kinds of little buttons and icons. Then, I changed some and made some of my own. I can't get my personal dock to work, though. I really have no clue why..

anyway it's cool that you're jailbroken....about the custom dock....you named it Dock.png and put it in /var/stash/Themes/ThemeFolder/ right? It should work.....

Well, I have more than one them activated so I'm guessing there's interference somewhere. I replaced one of the docks in the them with my own and it still shows the one I replaced. Not sure how. Maybe, looking back, it was named dock.png instead of Dock.png so it never replaced the original.

Well, (I'm pretty sure you already know this) you have to respring for changes to take effect, and make sure whatever theme you replaced it in is above all other checked off themes in WinterBoard, and if that stuff doesn't work then it's probably a lowercase letter or a misspelling Hope ya get it fixed

Well, I've resprang and even rebooted many times. In fact, it's still on my phone from when I tried to do it like a month ago. I know that the order in Winterboard isn't the issue because I've tried nearly all combinations. It's gotta be the case sensitivity.

actually, you have to have a specific song (you have to buy from them) and theres actually a small amount they will let you use. still BS

Actually, all you do is right click ANY mp3 in your itunes library, click get info, specify the start and end time you want for the ring tone, export it to aac, then just change the file extension to m4r.

Yes, it's not a 1 click process, but it's not hard either. And you can make a ring tone out of ANYTHING this way. I recorded my friend playing his mandolin using my iphone, and used the recording as his ringtone.
