Nah I was talking to Steeler. I own a PS3 as well and yea I wouldn't like a PS3 v 360 thread either lol. NOW, this thread should get back to religion.

I have pretty much stated all my beliefs, at times I feel really out of it like what the hell is going on, like I'm in a dream or something. Like I'm in a snow globe, like someone else stated in this thread maybe.

Ya i kind of know what your talking about Advent, there are times when you just feel alone, even though i have friends out the wazoo. And idk about you guys but i really could go for a PS3 VS 360 thread. I kind of want a PS3, but they stopped selling the Backwards Compatible 60gb versions.

On June 6th? The MGS4 pack will come out which will include a PS3 with backwards compatibility. I think it will cost $500, it will also come with the new Dual Shock controller.

Will just to go back on topic
when i was a christian, i tried to do everything the bible told me.
I mean like down to the last word
i have very hardcore, and i believe that everyone should take it literally and listen to what we should do how we should live ours lives.

Thats why it pisses me off when some Christian that like "sins" 20 times a hour comes up to me and tries to say he/she is christian.
I'm like "get the f*ck out of here, you have no right to come up to me and say your christian when you dont even ACT Christian"
I've only came across few who actually follow their religion.

What do you mean by follow the religion? It is impossible to follow the bible literally. Most people do not even realize that all bibles are made up of 2 separate volumes of books even though they claim that they are one in the same (and they almost are)

So many Christians pick and choose what they like, bounce around from old testament to new and ignore what they don't like it is almost pointless to claim to have any faith at all. Then when asked about it they just say "all have sinned" without realizing the reason for being born again was to start over and not live as before.

Samuel 2v31 "As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is flawless.

Psalm 12v6 "And the words of the LORD are flawless"

Why would god make his word so difficult to understand and to follow? Aren't satan's temptations enough? I mean if you take the bible literally much of it does not make sense and if you do not then you are left to make you own interpretation or accept someone else interpretation of what was written.

Anyone that studies the new testament would learn that Jesus changed much of what was written in the old testament; he changed much of what was known as traditional Jewish law such as ritual sacrifice, observing the sabbath tithing, slavery and others? If Jesus is god's sun, why go against the traditional religion? If God's word is flawless why did his sun feel the need to change it?

Sorry for the rant. I will stand down and wait for responses now.

Man changed along with time, the Old Testament was written a long time before Jesus came, and his sacrifice of himself made it so you didn't have o make ritual offerings.

Psalm 119:89 Your word, O LORD, is eternal; it stands firm in the heavens.

Psalm 119: 159, 160 See how I love your precepts; preserve my life, O LORD, according to your love. All your words are true;
all your righteous laws are eternal. All your words are true; all your righteous laws are eternal.

Of course man changed over time. According to the bible Mankind was flawed since the days of Adam but, if Jesus sacrifice changed god's law then this would mean that god's word is not eternal or flawless because for the example given, the lord no longer required ritual sacrifice. The same would apply for stoning, eating pork, not observing the sabbath ect.
