Guild Wars

Well my other post "world of warcraft vs. lord of the rings online" got a little carried away on guild wars..so here we go, a post for guild wars!

I have Guild Wars, and Factions.. Cant remember my chars names though..i think one was Zanzabar and his level was around 16?

Well i have GW, factions, and nightfall. I have hardly ever play factions and nightfall, just got it for the extra skills and stuff .

ahhh nightfal and factions sucked @$^%....
i mean seriously was was that, story sucked and everything... except for faction wars that was the dopest thing how the border changed had so much fun with the flame wars on the faction wars ahahaha... i miss does days with my "Guild wars gangstaz" guild.... soo much fun cant wait for GW2

Well i guess il have to intsall it and start playing it again.. I forgot pretty much everything about that game so im gonna start at a lvl 16 noob:P haha!

Anyways whats so great about GW? Whats it about?

Well the graphics are phenomenal, it is an unbelievable fantasy land, sun shining stunning graphics! In the original game, you start in 'Old Ascalon' but the evil 'charr' come about and a great war occurs. After a while, you show up in 'Ascalon' and it is sort of in ruins, and you just follow the story and stuff. I can't explain it, it is too much to type, and plus I haven't played the PvE in the game in quite a while. But you can choose a profession in the beginning, a Monk, Mesmer, Necromancer, Elementalist, Warrior, or Ranger. Later on you can choose a secondary profession so you can be Elementalist/necromancer or something. It is a fairly cool game, I only liked playing the first game's PvE, it was pretty cool. You should try it out, it is probably $20-30 to buy the game. And its free .

In the game, you travel through the world through first, ruins, then snow cap, then jungle, then desert, then up to a much more dangerous snow cap region, then you go to a lava region with volcanoes and stuff. It is awesome graphics and gameplay! You customize your skills to carry 8 at a time, and each character carries their own special abilities and strengths. I think the most fun character to play as in PvE is a Necromancer, since you can be a 'Minion Master' and summon minions from corpses to be your army! It's wicked. And it doesn't cost like a million coins to get the highest armor and it doesn't take forever to reach the highest level, so when you get to the highest level, you can automatically compete in the tough missions and quests and journey in the Underworld and open chests and fight super high level beasts and get cool weapon and item drops.

DUDE THE COMBAT SYSTEM IS GOOOODDDD

this is like the only rpg that requires SKILL, thats why i love it so much. I mean you always have to be using the right skills and at the time time and everything. its awsome

but im still not ganna install the game and start over
the community is horrible when it comes to "noobs" its impossible to find a guild thats actually good if ur rank is below 3. Thats the onyl thing i hate about it its not not noob friendly, not saying im a noob just haven't played this game in a LLLLOOONNNGGG time

Well back when I got my R6 I was all that and a bag of potato chips But that qas quite a while back, and before it was so easy to get fame in HA. Mine was reached with skill but HA is pitiful compared to how it used to be .

yah like all the GW gamers quit.
i remember lions arch being +50 districts and this was before faction came out and it wen to like 20 districts and when faction came out there like 5 districts.....
or random arenas, there was +70 districts and last time i checked there was only 5....
HA, there was what like 987332543221 districts and last time i went there was only 3...
its sad

in GW NF i waz a lvl13 with lvl20 heros lol

yeah im gonna agree that the game isnt all that noob friendly...Basically the only thing i use to do was kill and quest, nobody explained to me what to do/how to do it lol..
