Ntldr compressed!!

my ntldr is compressed on my dell latitude CPx (hahahahaha) look it up. i cant fin any thing use ful, because people say type in cd /
and then other crap
and then more crap. the cd / thing doesnt work (if you google it) and im getting mad. i dont have a floppy drive (laptop) and i dont want to have to wipe the hard drive. any ideas? oh, and if you had a video guide- that would pwn
