Hmm. Something to think about...

Most of the creatures on the planet find equilibrium with their environment, cept us.
We take all the resources that are available and move on. Only recently have we been awakened enough to think of the consequences. Still what, if anything, has changed?
The programmers you will one day be looking to hire are the ones reading the tech news sites right now.

And they will remember...

Lots of things. Animals weren't really our enemies a while ago. They are now.
Like really. You could walk past a panther and all it would do was make sure you didn't get too close.
Now, you may get mauled.

Its similar with bears too. They're a bit more aggressive now.
Keep in mind that bears are very kind mother/father like creatures. They don't generally attack any animal(With the exception of fish which they eat).

Deer have come to see us as dangerous also. But, we hunt them.
Wolves, Dogs, and Foxes have been treated unkindly by us also. They're the animals that would "Buddy up" with humans the most. Now the only animal willing to do so is dogs, but even they hide their prejudice by only trusting specific. Foxes were never treated kindly, but wolves have had it the worst. They were once man's TRUE best friend. Stronger, faster, more caring than dogs. As wolves grew bonds with humans they looked at the partnership as more of being in a pack. But, in the end we turned around and started hunting them. The Inuits are the ones that had true bonds with wolves though.

That made no sense whatsoever.

Can you cite your source for this, please?

Hey, shut up. My sources are my goddam eyes & ears....

Avion are a bit unwilling toward us also. Just mainly cautious.
I mean, humans consime more bird, and bird parts than any other animal.
We eat eggs, flesh, embryos, heads, feet, and organs. Pretty much everything but the bone, but there ways to make the bone edible also.

Your eyes and ears are reliable sources. Find me a scientific journal that's been approved.

Kermit was never unwilling! He would run up to me and beg to be held!
He wasn't cautious at all! You're generalizing sooo much.

I don't understand what your point even is about animals in relation to this topic.

As i said, when there is no reason to be greedy, no one will be greedy, making it a unnatural thing. Its bred into us.
Greed isnt a feeling you get, its a reaction due to the environment you live in.
I highly doubt that if you could get the same exact thing anyone else could anyone would be greedy.
reed is a condition in a proportion of humans. Many humans are not greedy at all as can be seen from the the contributions made by people poor and rich to their community's those in need and their family's and friends.

you see people volunteering to go to places and do things for free, showing that they are not greedy.
If being greedy is natural, why dont i feel it? am i some kind of mutant.

I just thing greed is a form of competition that is bred into us due to the need to fight for resources.

Also, im pretty sure be hunted more animals before then we do now.
Now animals are domesticated and born on farms, lowering the need to hunt, though many do.
But im not sure about this

Anyway, lets shut up about this stuff and go back to the beautiful Venus Project...
Uh, cant wait till i live in a world like it

Ahhh! Yes, you see, you overlooked the simple fact that volunteers are doing so because they are greedy to help.
They do what they want, and wanting is a synonym for greed.

Honestly Farq, I can wait. Because in order to put the venus project into fruition it would, ironically, cost a lot of money.

well with no monetary system, there is no money, meaning it doesnt cost anything :)

but about the greed thing, i dont know, it really is a hard question
Sorry if i was seeming like a b^#@$. I couldnt find any scientific evidence showing it to be natural or not to be natural

Because society has been made to be like that.
Here is a good quote of Einstein
"If people are good only because they fear punishment, and hope for reward, then we are a sorry lot indeed"
If society was in a way where people did things to make society better, to make themselves better, and to make a more effective society then people are rewarding themselves.
You dont need money to be rewarded.
I go to the gym, i work out, and when i look in the mirror its a reward that NO AMOUNT OF MONEY could ever give me
The feeling you get from being fit, no money can give you

This can be said about anything
We just need to change the way be think

Farq, do you even know how the monetary system started?
Every culture developed their own bartering system.

There is no one general thing that told us to create money, or to trade goods for other goods. It in fact is HUMAN LOGIC!!!!!

Basic example of how the monetary system came to be:

Indian #1 wrote:You have big steaks! May have one?

Indian #2 wrote:I'm not going to give you a steak if I get nothing in return.
However, if you give me two of your fish I'll give you one of my steaks.

Indian #2 wrote:Sounds fair. Thank you!

End of story.

Rox, the first form of currency was salt.

And on the topic, if we don't have money and everything is free, what if I got aan and was going to eat it and someone comes up and takes it from my hands and eats it before I do?!
I would starve! It would be survival of the fittest all over again!

So, you would just go get another one lol.
Any why would anyone do that when they can just go get their own.
And Rox, i have NO idea what your trying to say.
I know first civilization to use money were the lydia to my knowledge, some speculate persia coined money before.
To my knowledge, thats when the monetary system started, as soon has people started using money.

Some try to say its when we started using gold and silver to back up money, but i think otherwise.
But i dont know about monetary system being started when people barterd, i never heard of that. I right be wrong, jsut saying i havent heard of that

And rox, your arguments are really not making any sense to me and are very irrelavent to the subject im talking about, which is a world with NO monetary system.
What does bartering have anything to do with that?
