Having problems watching videos on my pc....Any suggestions?

On some sites that i watch videos, for example Myspace and Gamewinners, i am not able to watch (Youtube.com seems to work just fine) The other two sites just wont, its like it isnt even there. All i get is a black screen and a small white square icon with three colored shapes in it (Red square, Green circle, & Blue triangle) Ive already updated java and shockwave. Those are the only two ideas that i have and still nothing. The only way i tried that worked was using System Restore and i restored my computer 2 weeks earlier, eventhough it fixed the problem my limewire would not work for some reason and i like my music =D SO....I undid my restoration and now i am back to square 1. Any ideas?

if your on a pc click the print screen key, and then just paste it in paint and save it as a jpeg and host it on like imageshack.us or whatever its called

on a mac its command + shift + 3, then take the image that was just saved to your desktop and host it through imageshack

Try firefox? Looks like a problem with IE, or missing plugins or something?

Just try a portable version of firefox, its like less then 100mb and if it works then just install the normal firefox if not, I will have to think about that.

Seamonkey is still better than FireFox. FireFox is more advance, but its predecessor still is more light weight, and more stable.
