Firstly, the color isn't right in the image where the people are looking at the projector.
Secondly, they have carious typing mistakes on the 'specs sheet' such as no space between the Connectivity and Audio boxes. Also note that they do not use the entire line for Wireless Zune-to-Zune audio transfer. It has a line break and doesn't even remove the bar between the lines even if this was on purpose. It should look more like where it talks about "Charging via USB..."
Third, many people try to fake copies like this and happen to make mistakes when printing. You can see the person tried printing more than once on the same paper but ran out of ink so started over.

So the storage is a 32 GB flash drive?

even tho, this is probably what the MS hand held would most likely look like, this is fake.

ive seen this same system like a year or two ago. they had shown it playing gta4 which makes it look even more fake.

you can even tell that they edited on, or just used the psp's Directional buttons, and if you look in the larger pics from the source link they posted on QJ, you can see that the action buttons look fake too.

also, the lights in the bottom right hand corner of the system are stolen from a psp.

did anyone notice that they have shoulder buttons?

well, who besides me noticed that the shoulder buttons are on the bottom of the system too...
and just my opinion, but anyone can take a picture of themselves holding a psp or even a block of wood, and edit it out and add an image to make it look like they are holding something.

all this, not to mention what crait pointed out.

this has FAKE in big fat letters written all over it.

Everyone knows how sh*tty the iphone/ipod touch batteries are because of how much power everything sucks up. (iphone more than ipod). Chances are if microsoft releases a handheld, they are going to make it worth buying. That means processing power, rendering power, and a decent screen... while the iphone etc has a decent screen, it doesnt not have the memory/processing power to back it up which means mediocre games. You bump those specs up and bam, there goes your batt.

Wouldn't it also make sense for them to use the same D-Pad as the XBox controller so that it matches the XBox style and better resembles the Zune style?

They could keep it for familiarity, but if i remember correctly the xbox dpad is a little bulky. The PS style is a little more low profile so they might change it.
