Playstation 2 Emulator

Ok this isn't about the PSP, it's the PC. Has anyone else tried the PS2 emulator for windows: PCSX 2?
I tried it over a year ago and it was lame, I could barely get anything.
I installed it on my new PC a few days ago and it ran all the games I tried. Final Fantasy X is playable on it, not perfect but it is very playable.

I read the faq about the emulator and it only uses 2 cores and they won't be updating it soon. But if it could use as many cores as your computer had then it could be close to perfect it seems like.

I tried it many years ago. devil may cry barely ran. But that was indeed YEARS ago. Im gonna try it now.

It takes a powerful computer to work. I think it mainly leans on the processor but if I installed a $100 graphics card I think it would make Final Fantasy X really playable. I haven't tried DMC but it's an older game so it might work.
