He thought the guy was saying, "Jew Man" and couldn't understand what he meant by that. Then, Bieber heard German and didn't want to be offensive by being anti-semantic so he just blew it off. If I thought some guy was asking me how well Jew men play basketball on TV, I would try to avoid the question like he did.
