How to watch Neflix outside the USA

I'm leaving the USA for a while, but I want to keep watching TV series)))) Could you ask, how can I do this?

Use a new DNS code and confirm it on your streaming device.
Unplug (or even turn off) your device.
Disconnect your modem.
Disconnect the router.
Connect the modem + wait for it to turn on and connect to web..
Connect the router and do the same step from the #5
Turn the device on.
Check its workablity once again. Should be working by now.

If I were you, I would try to live without serials outside the USA...sorry...
