PC help. . .

So my PC has an adware...
AVG can't seem to find it, and I don't know where it's located, so I can't manually remove it either.

Everytime I try to access a page, it says that my PC is in need of protection, and it says to download something to protect it.

http://ieblacklist.com/info2/?af=40s10

That's the link which directs me to their page. I am using Internet Explorer 8. Now, don't tell me to upgrade to a different browser, because I will ignore you.
I am asking for help regarding this issue.

I have attempted to re-install IE8, but that didn't work. I tried using three different Virus/adware/spyware detectors, and I have nothing.
Any ideas?

Malawarebytes is good at getting rid of all the nasty stuff.

Download and run a update on it, should work.

Yeah tbh I'd ONLY use spybot out of this list of bloatware.

shadox, adaware is awesome. good one

Avira is the best free ive ever had. ever.

and if you know where its hiding, DL hijack this and manually incinerate it.

im the spawn of a military man, so i get the BEST licensed Norton Free, so i dont worry.

anyways, avira is a beast, adware is good, avg is back up and shouldnt be primary on ANY account.

http://graphjam.com/2009/12/19/funny-gr ... -explorer/ try that one

and if we had PC brew.....

go to bleepingcomputer and get combofix and smitfraudfix...boot into safe mode run smitfraudfix, then combo fix, reboot and run mbam and you will be fine...i also personally recommend Avast! as a free anti virus program, AVG has become a lil bloated and isnt as effecitve as it use to be

If you want my recommendation, I will tell you to remove your anti-virus and switch to Kaspersky. This one it's highly professional. I use it too and you can trust me when I say that you won't have any problems with it.
