ok what is the differents between adobe photoshop and adobe photoshop cs2

Depends on which photoshop you are talking about. Photoshop 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7? etc..CS2 has the latest features and upgrades.

photoshop 7 was the best for some time.
then adobe got tired of naming in sequence so they came up with a new name - Adobe Photoshop CS (Creative Suite)

Its basically the best there is right now.
