I'm gonna perfect this style if it kills me:

I dont really like the border (i just noticed you're first one too) but the render is great.
Also what text you use? And the background could be better than just a cloud render.

yeah it would look better with some scanlines, but I want to make it look more grungy in the background by sharpening it a bunch of times...

to me it looks like a blur, mailas

Probably, its just that the black little transparent shadows that are kinda curved caught my eye, probably gaussian blur.

im pretty sure its called a gauseen blur to a minimun with another layer of the normal render overlayed.
