na I never got it all tuned up but i'm gonna try the free trial of photoshop I guess.

hey samineru in gimp do you have to individually resize every frame or it batch processes the file automatically? :s

If you resize the image it will resize every frame.

huh well mabye i will get the gimp for animation is it anything like flash cause im good with that but i dont know how to save it any other way then in the .fla format.

To export it go under file>publish. And GIMP is nothing like flash, it is most similar to photoshop.

dang I can't download the photoshop trial, my mom thought I was downloading the full thaing and got p**sed off, so were would I get GIMP?

ummm why would she even bother with waht you dlownload supershay? You did that on her comp?

if u get a 30 day trial of photoshop u can keep imageready. it wont remove it from ur computer and it will still let u use it!

Shes what you would call "computer-illiterate", she thinks that if I play WoW I will get viruses. And its not even her computer, I got this comp 3 years ago for my birthday. and she acts like its hers.

*EDIT* I downloaded GIMP and its really confusing, can someone please explain how to resize bot the layer and the image to 80X80?!help!

To resize the layer right click it in the layers dialog then click Layer Boundary Size...
For the image, in the canvas window, click image>Scale Image.
