about the ''DON´T RESTART YOUR PSP WHEN DOWNGRADING''

hehe, i saw ''im on teh computer'' saying this every were, so i would like to know..
my friend did the downgrade and after de hole flashing thing he restarted and every thig went fine, but when he tried downgrading his other PSP (2.6)
after the flashing thing he didnt restarted it, and it simply wouldn´t restert by his own...result : a briked PSP when not restarded and a perfect PSP when restarted

This livs me in doubt....

This depends on alot of factors. Did he have the correct motherboard?

No no no no you have it all wrong, I still have my precious PSP and have never bricked one. Second of all your friend must have had either a TA-082 motherboard which should have been apparent from the warnings in the downgrader, and also downgrading a factory 2.5/2.6 is highly discouraged. So he either had a TA-082 or factory 2.6. I just wanted to get the warning out because I included the EASY downgrader in my Kit, and also wanted to get this info out ASAP to prevent any possible bricks even just for one person. You got it all wrong man, I'm just out there to help out people who don't know what they are doing or are not completely filled in with what they need to know if they are going to do something I can advise about. I think I would have been a bit more frantic if I bricked my PSP, although I have a warranty, plus I would have said I BRICKED MY PSP, and why would I reset my PSP if I don't know when it is finished and also knew it would reset itself?
Back, and playing with my "zompsp".

Well it always does say: USE AT RISK. Anything could of been possible.
Still if it wasn't a TA-082 mother board he must of put some flash files on before.
Did he?
