Right now, I can help you get Daedalus running.

Marvel Vs. Capcom works great on the CPS2 Capcom Emulator.

Liek pspruler said, its the best working emulator (better than the Capcom Emulator too) but only few games are playable.
Either you can use the slow Capcom Emulator, or wait for some games to come out for Daedalus (both N64 Emulators)
