How do I convert Gamboy Advance games to psp games?

What is the best software to converts dvd movies to psp?

you dont actually convert them. All you do is download a rom and play that rom using a gameboy advance emulator.
to convert movies, use the programs called GP3 or PSPvideo9, im not sure if it converts DVD formats though.
