Ummm well first of all what is it? A PSX game? Or a PSP game?
Second of all, whats your PSP firmware/software?

Looks sort've similar to a PSP game lol. You have to make it into a ISO if it's a psp game...
Use UMDGEN v4 to make the folders into a iso. It's pretty self explanatory even for a nublet but ask if you need help with it.

You don't know if it's a psp game? Well heck. So you don't know what you downloaded? Interesting. Ok I'm guessing it's just a homebrew game and not a iso, try sticking the PSP_PUZZ and PSP_PUZZ% folders in the GAME folder in the PSP folder on your memory stick then in the root of your memory stick (the screen where you see the PSP folder and MP_ROOT and all those folders(may be MS_ROOT, or something similar) stick the PUZZLBBL folder right beside the PSP folder. So that way on your screen you will see all the folders in the root of your memory stick, and you will see the PUZZLBBL folder in the root of your memory stick too.

Tell us if that works, and if it doesn't then pm me the link to the file that you downloaded. Or if you don't understand something you can always add my aim sn and ill explain how to do it through that.

O and also stick the PRX folder inside the PSP folder.

It's a homebrew game. Maybe I should've said it wasn't an iso. Well at least I guess it's a homebrew game. I haven't seen a iso like that before.

O wow. I just looked it up on google and it's a weird butt japaneese psp game.

Eh, I guess you do need to make it into an iso. What files are in the folders exactly?
