hmmm, is your memory stick on "lock" check side and see.
second, do you have a memory stick reader? if so, does your computer detect it? if so, then try restoring it back to default settings.
third, try putting your memory stick into your friends psp and totaly wipe everyting clean from your memory stick and restore it back to its default settings.
Last, if the options do not work, then try returning it back to the store if its still under 30 days. Or if you have warrenty, then you can send it to the manufacture and get a new 1.
