Ram for Laptop

Ok.......I need some help. Last time i tried looking for RAM for my laptop i didnt get it right. So now i need help. I want 2GB of RAM (im running VISTA PREMIUM)

I have a Dell E1505. It says it can have
DDRII memory with support for DDR2 PC2-5300,DDR2 PC2-4200 speeds

Should i get either of these and if so which one is better?
