two girls i like both but what could b sum way to ask 1 out?

I do have confidence i just wasnt sure if i was doing it the right way, the kind of way I like to be to girls is sweet not hot.I have asked girls out, my first said no, second said yes but we didnt really fit but we did talk, third after i asked her i found out she allready had a bf fourth asked me out over the cell by txting but she never wanted to talk on the phone and i didnt like that so i stoped with her. The place i work is all girls exept 3 guys and they told me most girls dont like it when u say there sexy because they feel like there being used for just sex but they feel special when u say somthing like ur beautefull.and i found out the second girl i was talking about had a bf and i just decided no for the first one i decided no. but my friend i was talking about wasnt trying to hook me up to those 2 she ment a girl she thought would be nice for me that i dont know. but anyways ill just leave it to that thx for some of the advice.

Bottom-line: you REALLY need to have something with the girl BEFORE you ask them out. Asking a girl out that already has a boyfriend only makes you look like a fool.

Through my experience:
- Get to know her, try looking for her hobbies, types of interest of things she likes, like music for example
- This look at her, she looks at you thing is GOOD. For beginners they try to get her to notice you, thats what you have done.
- Now you need to start knowing her friends. Girls really like a guy whos popular with other girls
- Even so, actually dating a girl (fake it) would get her to notice you. Just dont do anything stupid XD
